Urgent work to to rebuild a retaining wall alongside the A38 Gloucester Road North in Filton starts on Friday 14th January and is expected to last 12 weeks. From Monday 17th January one lane (of two) on the southbound (Bristol-bound) carriageway and the adjoining footpath will be closed. Pedestrians will be diverted via the existing signal-controlled crossings.
