The Discover Festival is back for its third year, with an exciting programme of over 200 events to help you discover something new in South Gloucestershire. The festival runs from 11th September to 31st October. Activities include nature walks, heritage open days, advice sessions, concerts and crafts – there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The festival is organised by South Gloucestershire Council, local residents, community groups and businesses.

Monday 29th September 10.30am – 12pm
Party for St Peter’s Hospice
Try your hand at making jewellery, cards and a book sculpture whilst helping us to raise funds for St Peter’s Hospice. Drinks and cakes will be served. No booking required just turn up!

The Luftwaffe’s Attacks on the Aircraft Industry in South Gloucestershire 1940-42 (A talk by John Penny)
